Re: Exiting Easton’s Salt Lake City Distribution Center

Dear Anthony:
We write to thank you and your team for your tireless efforts in helping us vacate our former distribution center in Salt Lake City.
You’ll recall that we had occupied an approximately 142,000 square foot distribution center facility near the airport. That location was our home for over 30 years. We came to you about 30 days before we had to vacate, after we had learned that we needed to remove our permanently-installed racking system. That racking was significant, and included:
- ~1,000 x 36′ tall uprights, each of which had 4 anchors that had to be cut flush to the floor;
- 12,000 x 132″ beams; and
- Over 60,000 square feet of wood decking.
You and your team literally worked non-stop, day-and-night to remove that entire racking architecture so that we could exit the facility on time.
In addition to removing the racking, you and your team went “above and beyond the call” to help us with several other items related to us vacating that location. Your experience, industry knowledge and subject matter expertise was an invaluable help to our successful departure from our former facility. Even up to the very last minute, during our landlord-led final walk-though, you stood by us and coached us on what to do and how to respond to certain requests. You even stuck around after we left to finish up a several items that the landlord demanded at the last minute.
You did all of this while providing a fair, honest and competitively priced services.
Finally, I note that we had a very particular landlord who inspected every square inch of our 142,000 square feet upon final walkthrough. They too were both impressive and very complimentary of Elite’s work.
We can’t thank you enough. We will keep Elite in mind for our future projects, regardless of location. Thank you for your help, professionalism and courtesy. Elite is a true team player and we were grateful to have you on our team!
Thank you,
